This policy explains what Nick Matveichenko collects when you use this website or book an appointment, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book online we ask for:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address, including ZIP code
• Details about the job — service type, TV size, wall type and any notes you add
• Your preferred appointment date and arrival window

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and Google Ads — pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and carry out your appointment
• To send appointment confirmations, ETA updates and receipts
• To answer questions and handle warranty requests
• To measure which marketing channels bring in real bookings

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead-generation services.

Who we share it with

Booking details are sent to Housecall Pro, the field service platform we use for scheduling, dispatch and invoicing. Website analytics are processed by Google. Both providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms.

Text messages

By providing a mobile number you agree to receive appointment-related texts from us. These are transactional, not marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — it will not cancel your appointment, but we will call instead of texting.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the booking widget will still work.

Data retention

Job records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by emailing mountlyservices@gmail.com.

Your choices
